This is the first step of the design process. The team sits with the client to understand the problem statement. We discuss the nature of the project, the purpose, the location and the scope of design work. After we get a clear understanding, we then dive into the research to develop the perfect idea that fits the client's requirements.
Our team ideates a bunch of concepts and designs for the project, which involves brainstorming solutions. We filter the best ones and refine them until we get a perfect idea. We sketch and visualize the plan for taking it further. We propose the idea with the sketches, cost estimates, time frames and mood board for the project.
After the final approvals, working drawings or construction drawings are designed along with site plans, perspective drawings, elevations, detailed design elements and floor plans. Through 3D models or computer simulations, we showcase the plan with all the necessary notes for the installation.
The final step is the execution of the design. The implementation phase is crucial to tick off all the boxes, as we prepare a detailed schedule in sequence. We overlook every placement of architectural elements.
